If you are transferring to UCO from
another institution, welcome! Each year students from across the region
transfer to UCO to pursue one of the many programs of study
offered in our five undergraduate colleges.

In order to assist you in a
successful transfer to UCO, we have designed this portion of our website
to answer many of your questions about the transfer process. Included
within these pages are answers to some of the most commonly asked
transfer questions, a list of procedures to follow when transferring to
UCO, and transfer guides that will detail which courses from Oklahoma
accredited colleges and universities have equivalents at UCO.
First and foremost, we recommend you access our
transfer advisement procedures page to ascertain the steps you should
follow when transferring to UCO. Additionally, we suggest you access
our major advisor listing page to determine the assigned advisor for your
major program of study. And to find answers to the most commonly
asked questions by transfer students, refer to our
FAQ's page. Last, and perhaps most important, if you are planning
on transferring to UCO and would like to know how courses at your
current Oklahoma college or university transfers to UCO, click on the
transfer guides tab above to access the appropriate transfer guide.
Additionally, if you are considering
transferring to UCO but have not applied and been accepted, we encourage
you to contact the UCO Transfer Center for assistance in the transfer process. You
can contact one of the Transfer Counselors via email at
transfer@ucok.edu or via
telephone
at 405-974-2248. Once you have been accepted to UCO, you will then
be assisted by a UCO Academic Advisor who will provide further
assistance in the transfer process. |
