Please read the
following information carefully BEFORE proceeding to the Online
Graduation Application:
- The graduation fee is $35.00, which is charged to the
student’s University account after the student’s application has
been processed. Students must be charged a graduation fee and
complete a new application form for every semester they apply. The graduation
fee, along with all other outstanding balances, must be
paid before the diploma will be released (paid in person, by
mail, or by web payment options).
** AN ADDITIONAL LATE FEE OF $25.00 IS
CHARGED TO THE STUDENT’S UNIVERSITY ACCOUNT WHEN THE APPLICATION IS
TURNED IN AFTER THE APPROPRIATE SEMESTER’S PRIORITY DEADLINE.**

You will be notified by mail of your status as a
candidate for graduation. It is your responsibility to have your current
mailing address on file in Graduation Support Services, UC 121A.
·
If you are unable to complete graduation
requirements and need to change your graduation date, YOU must notify
Degree Certification.
·
You will be notified prior to your graduation
ceremony regarding details such as when and where to purchase cap and
gown, as well as time and location to meet for graduation. Additional
commencement information is available on the Academic Affairs website by
clicking here.

Graduation announcements may be purchased in the
University Book Store, UC 210.
